3+ years of social media experience (agency or in-house). You have scaled at least one corporate account.

Not only are you familiar with all relevant platforms – from LinkedIn to Threads – but you also know exactly which content is being pushed for each platform.
You're adept at Meta Business Suite, Canva, Excel, and PowerPoint ; Figma Skills is a nice-to-have.
A degree in marketing, media, or similar, or solid street cred through projects.
Fluent in German and English; your caption copy bridges the gap between Denglisch and German with style.
Independent workflow, quick thinking, hunger for responsibility.
