What is Fraemยฎ?
Fraem is a digital communication agency specializing in the strategic execution of content marketing. To put it simply: we do the thinking and the making. We figure out what your brand actually stands for, build the identity around it, and produce the content and campaigns that bring it to life. All in four phases: explore, shape, create, and evolve with our in-house team, no handoffs to someone who wasn't in the room when the strategy was built.
What is The FRรMWORK?
The FRรMWORK is how we structure every project. Four phases: Explore, Shape, Create, and Evolve. Explore is where we understand the brand and the market. Shape is where we define the identity and creative direction. Create is where we build the content and campaigns. Evolve is where we stay close, track performance, and keep the brand sharp over time. The order matters. Each phase feeds the next.
What makes FRAEM different from other marketing agencies?
To put it frankly, we care more about the work than the invoice. We are a young team that thinks strategically and executes creatively, and we stay long enough to see if it actually worked. We are not here to hand you a deck and disappear. We are here to build something with you.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before reaching out?
Not at all. Some clients come with a clear brief. Others come with a feeling that something is off and no idea where to start. Both are fine. We are good at asking the right questions and figuring out what the real problem is before we start solving it. We already have a brand. Can Fraem still help?
Almost always yes. A lot of the brands we work with are not starting from zero. They have a logo, a website, maybe a few years of content behind them. But somewhere along the way things got inconsistent, the messaging drifted, or the brand just stopped feeling like one clear thing. That gap between where the brand is and where it needs to be is exactly where we do some of our best work. We start by looking honestly at what exists, what is working and what is not, and build from there rather than throwing everything out and starting over.
What kind of brands does Fraem work with?

Can Fraem handle social media on an ongoing basis?
Yes, and it is one of our favourite things to do. Ongoing social management sits within our Evolve phase, which means it is always built on the strategy, identity, and content direction that came before it. That connection is what makes the difference. A social presence that is disconnected from the brand strategy looks busy but does not build anything. We manage the calendar, the content, the community, and the performance, and we bring the strategic thinking that makes it all point in the same direction.
Do you work with clients outside of Germany?
Yes. While a lot of our work is rooted in the German-speaking market, we work with brands internationally and have experience managing presences across multiple markets and languages. We are fully bilingual across all phases and deliverables, working in German and English without anything getting lost between the two. If you are building or managing a brand across markets, that is something we have done before and enjoy doing.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope and which phases are involved. A focused Explore phase, where we audit the brand and map the market, can be completed in a few weeks. A full brand build that runs through all four phases of The FRรMWORK is a longer engagement, typically a few months depending on the complexity. What we can promise is that we will give you a realistic timeline from the first conversation, not an optimistic one that quietly shifts later. We move fast when the brief is clear and we are always transparent when something needs more time than expected.
